01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk265 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and any other services made available at pk265.pro ("Platform"). The Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk265 ("we", "us", "our", "pk265").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, or simply using any part of the pk265 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk265 Platform.

pk265 operates under international gaming regulations. These Terms are written in English and governed by applicable international gaming law. Where pk265 has provided an Urdu-language summary of any section for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to pk265 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan or internationally. pk265 takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage to confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one pk265 account only. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's identity, or any other name — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances (including winnings) held across those accounts may be forfeited entirely.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your pk265 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. pk265 uses this information to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to process your PKR withdrawals correctly.

If any information you provide changes after registration — for example, your mobile number or bank account associated with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank — you must update your account details promptly through the account settings section of your dashboard or by contacting support.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

pk265 is designed and marketed for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation based on your individual circumstances.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your pk265 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. pk265 will never contact you to ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pk265 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Any activity carried out on your pk265 account while logged in — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk265 support immediately via live chat in your account dashboard.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first PKR withdrawal, pk265 requires you to complete a KYC verification. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months.
• Payment method verification — confirmation that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits belongs to you.

pk265 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — not only at first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk265 may result in your account being restricted or closed.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your pk265 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses remain.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk265 supports the following PKR payment methods natively, with no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction:

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals for players across Pakistan including smaller cities and towns.

• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking-compliant transfer option for eligible transactions.

4.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered pk265 account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your pk265 account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures that funds are returned to their source. Processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed the fastest, while bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts may take longer depending on the bank's own processing schedule.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pk265 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance, game stakes, winnings, and bonuses are all displayed and processed in PKR. pk265 does not apply exchange rate conversions or hidden currency fees at any point.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pk265 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PKR cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your pk265 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real PKR. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

• Only real-money wagers count towards meeting wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pk265 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds. pk265 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, crash games, and live dealer tables available on pk265 are supplied by certified third-party gaming providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are independently audited for fairness. pk265 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG or by live physical processes (in the case of live dealer games).

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error that affects a game in progress, pk265 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to your PKR wallet. pk265's decision on the outcome of any malfunction dispute is final. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed software malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20Is, and other markets — is subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of your pk265 account. In the event of conflict between the general Terms and the Sportsbook-specific rules, the Sportsbook rules take precedence for sports betting activities.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk265 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games without genuine human oversight.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or Cashier errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to pk265 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer poker or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair edge over other participants.
• Using another person's pk265 account, payment method, or identity — including family members — to deposit, play, or withdraw.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the pk265 Platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit made to pk265 through your payment provider after it has been credited to your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk265 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

pk265 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial difficulties or a source of stress. The following tools are available to every pk265 account holder and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard without contacting support:

• PKR Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pk265 account.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after playing for a specified duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your ability to log in for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).

09 Privacy & Data

pk265 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary: pk265 collects the personal and financial information you provide during registration and KYC verification, as well as transaction data, gameplay data, and device/session data generated during your use of the Platform. This data is used to administer your account, process PKR transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the Platform experience. pk265 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk265 Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, interface design, promotional material, and the pk265 brand name — is the intellectual property of pk265 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk265 content without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content from the pk265 Platform is expressly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk265 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR balance due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security, or any interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances outside pk265's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, and third-party payment processor downtime).

pk265's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk265 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

pk265 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• pk265 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• The account is identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Upon termination for cause, pk265 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause — for example, where pk265 discontinues a service in a particular region — any legitimate PKR balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13 Changes to These Terms

pk265 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk265 will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights, pk265 will also provide notice via email to your registered email address or via a notification in your account dashboard. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the pk265 Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English.
